Jordan Asbestos Removal Ltd. is looking for energetic, motivated and career-minded Asbestos abatement workers for selective interior/exterior demolition and abatement work on jobsites throughout Regina and surrounding area.
Through the regular course of job duties, the abatement worker will be required to operate a variety of hand and power tools, and various forms of machinery relating to the construction industry. Responsibilities will include the cleaning and preparation of work-sites, cleaning up rubble and debris, performing demolition and removal of Asbestos, Mould and other waste materials. Successful candidates must be able to safely lift 30 pound bags.
Requirements:
Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. Successful candidates must be clean-shaven. Individuals must have their own CSA-approved steel-toed boots, all other PPE is provided by the company. All duties of the abatement laborer are to be performed according to company policies and procedures and OH&S Regulations in order to maximize the safety of all personnel at the work site and to efficiently perform the task.
Abatement experience is required. Candidates that do not have their asbestos worker ticket will be provided with onsite training in asbestos removal. A valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract preferred.
