Manage and oversee the work of the cashiers and salespeople.
Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to salespeople.
Allow payment and return of products.
Resolve potential problems, such as client requests, grievances, and supply shortages
Keep a specific inventory and place orders for goods
Prepare reports on sales, merchandise, and personnel issues.
Train new sales personnel, then track their progress and report on it.
Ensure the store's aesthetic standards, including its displays, signs, and cleanliness, are upheld.
