A Member Advisor does the following:
Provides knowledgeable and timely advice; and provides assistance in utilizing our products, services and omni channels to best meet our member's needs.
Processes daily member transactions in person and over the phone, opens new accounts, and manages a portfolio of members that fosters business development through service excellence and product knowledge
Is extremely organized and has a very strong attention to detail
