Overview:
As part of the Community and Leisure Services Department, the City of Humboldt is currently seeking to fill 2 permanent part-time Customer Service Representative positions.
Reporting to the Director of Community and Leisure Services, this position will work as part of a team of Administrative staff members within the Humboldt Uniplex. The Administration team is responsible for many of the day-to-day core functions of the department and works closely with Management and other facility staff.
The position provides customer services including, but not limited to, receiving admissions, registrations, and rental bookings, and responding to public inquiries. The position will assist in maintaining records and files for the department and provide support services for the department operations.
Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12
First Aid & CPR
Proficiency in Computer Software; booking programs, registration programs, word processing, spreadsheets, and accounting
Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to provide recording keeping, administration and filing.
Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
Compensation:
This is an in-scope (union) position with a starting wage of $18.94/hour (2022 rate).
