We are a complete landscaping company, based in Saskatoon. We are constantly expanding to provide better service to our customers. We offer a vast array of products including soil, mulches, gravel, hydro seeding, and a complete line of retail landscaping products.Job Duties:
Greet all office visitors in a professional manner, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service.
Answer a multi-line telephone system and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Multitask between computer use and maintaining conversations with customers while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Retain and utilize a broad range of product and service knowledge of the company products and services to assist customers by interpreting and explaining customer projects, payment schedule, etc. Example will be the monthly rental rate for the roll off bins, recycle bins, portable toilets, portable water services, etc.
Invoicing, including but not limited to monthly progress invoices, project change orders, holdback invoices.
Maintain and balance imprest account, disburse and record petty cash to our onsite construction team.
Collecting, coding, and submitting reports for the company credit cards.
Coordination of meetings/events, such as department meetings, client initial meetings, project progress meeting, etc.
Assistant in preparing and delivering educational marketing programs and materials.
Ensure that office supplies are stocked and organized.
Miscellaneous Housekeeping Duties.
Responsible for general administrative duties as they arise.Requirements for the role At least one year of experience in office administration is preferred.High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook.Ability to work overtime as Necessary.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
