The Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety within the newly created Provincial Protective Services (PPS) Branch has a challenging opportunity for a highly-skilled, well-organized, energetic and proactive professional to fill the role of Executive Coordinator on a one-year term. Our candidate of choice will be a self-starter, is attentive to detail and capable of meeting new challenges while supporting an inclusive team environment.
Executive Coordinators consistently demonstrate superior leadership, teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They are professional, tactful and discreet when dealing with all individuals and information. They have extensive experience in developing various correspondence and are well versed in government structures, protocols, policies and procedures. This position will provide support to all other administrative roles in the office.
Typically, the knowledge and experience would be obtained through a combination of formal education such as: Office Education Certificate, Business Administration, Business Certificate/Diploma or equivalent, supplemented with significant work experience supporting senior executive leaders.
