CLH Transport Ltd. is a reputed company in a transportation business service since last Eight year to our Canadian and US clients. We are looking Full time Office Administrative Assistant.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Answering calls and responding to the emails.
Drafting and distributing letter, memos, and preparing reports.
Managing office expenses and inventories.
Performing Record Management & Office procedure on daily
Send out the invoices, reminders and other material by regular mail and Emails
Set up and maintain computerized and manual filing system
Determine and establish office procedures
Supervise and train the staff in office procedures and use of software
basis.
Updating MIS report.
Reporting to the manager and director.
Preparing itineraries.
Applying for additional licensing or permits.
Preparing payroll, reports, financial statements
Skills:
Must have some office experience.
Good verbal and writing skills..
Must be quick learner & problem solving, decision making, critical thinking.
Good computer skills with some experience in MS-Office, Access, Quick Books Online, Sage 50, outlook, etc. will be additional benefit.
Certification/Diploma in Administration will be additional benefit.
Must willing to work individual as well as in a team.
