In the role of Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales channels for Jump.ca. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Operations, you will manage a team that is focused on ensuring our sales teams have the knowledge, products, and resources they need to be effective. You will be responsible for ensuring that our policies and processes drive efficiency for Jump.ca while creating an excellent customer experience. You will manage budgets and build KPIs that ensure the operations of our business are highly efficient and help grow the bottom line. Simply put, your role will be to ensure we have the most effective sales channel in our industry with back-end processes that run like a well-oiled machine. The person we are looking for is driven by success, has excellent analytical skills, is a natural leader, and wants to work in an environment where achievement is celebrated.

What youll do:
Develop and manage retail operations budget including labour
Oversee scheduling for our retail channel
Accountable for inventory management
Manage training and development resources
Build processes that are highly efficient and enable effective sales teams
Oversee policy development
Analyze data to identify opportunities to drive bottom line results
Collaborate with other departments to achieve corporate objectives
