-Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
-Plan budgets and monitor expenses on cleaning equipment
-Hiring new employees and Training/Coaching employees on their duties
-Organize and assign responsibilities to employees and manage staff on site
-Determine and establish site/facilities Safety procedures
-Keep a record of payments from clients
-Good communication skills, organizational skills
-Act as a communication conduit between management and staff
-Report faulty equipment to the Manager within 12 hours of breakdown
