Moose Jaw Co-op is hiring a full-time Accounting Clerk in our Administration Office in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
What you'll do:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position is responsible for providing an exceptional level of internal and external customer service while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards. The Accounting Clerk will work collaboratively within the finance team and be responsible for:
General administrative tasks
Accounts payable processing
Sales reconciliations
General ledger reconciliations
Assisting in internal control procedures
Provide back up for other Team Members when needed
Who you are:
You have a post-secondary accounting certificate or diploma. You have previous accounting and administrative experience. You are proficient with Microsoft Office. A team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills, and excellent organizational skills. Attention to detail is a must. You're honest and trustworthy, results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
