Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery and arrangement for maintenance and repair work.
To maintain Client Relationships.
To channel company operations and policies.
Answer all phone calls and inquiries and attend to walk-in Customers.
To Apply Building Permits to the city and co-ordinate with Architect and the city permit department
To schedule all site inspections.
To manage all incoming and outcoming mails.
To check sub contractors' Status: Safety, WCB, and Business License
Requisition supplies and materials
To control financials & company budgets.
