RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop new clients base
Maintain client and candidate relationships, especially with company's clients and candidates in Asia
Review job descriptions and understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions thatll help you identify the right candidate(s).
Screen. Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description
Interview. Meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc to assess their qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to build strong relationships
Ability to learn technical knowledge
Self-confidence and self starter
Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting
Good written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Mandarin
Bachelors Degree or College Diploma in Business, Science, or related technical fields
Minimum 3 years of human resources, recruitment, or related Experience
