Duties and responsibilities
Answer phone calls, greet and support visitors;
Take care of appointments and schedules;
Carry out daily administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc;
Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail;
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies;
Assist the owner in marketing and promotion activities.
Qualifications and skills
At least high school diploma or 2 years of experience in a similar role is required; completion of 1-2 years college/university program in an administration-related field is preferred;
Proficiency in word processing software, such as MS Word, MS Excel etc;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Knowledge in health care and related products, skin care techniques/products, is a plus.
