Description

The Town of Tisdale is seeking an organized, mature individual with experience in the hospitality and food service industry who would be responsible for all aspects of operating a food concession from August 22, 2022 to May 5, 2023.
Responsibilities and abilities would include:
    Ordering, managing food supplies and inventory control within budget
    Supervising, hiring, scheduling and training concession staff
    Managing a cash register system; handling cash and daily deposits
    Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with the public
    Must possess a Safe Food Handling Certificate
    Will report to the Director of Recreation and Parks
