Summary Description
Intakes customer motorcycles, diagnoses problems and service needs, and communicates job status to customer. We are looking for a customer service driven person who will enjoy working with a growing business in a fast paced and fun environment. Candidates will need to be self-driven, can multi-task, be a team player, and be detail oriented. Aids all employees of the service department as well as customers.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
1.) Helping Service Personnel
Ability to accept and follow directions
Help Service department employees to run an efficient and customer-oriented department
Re-fill stock in showroom as needed
Assist dealership personnel when asked
2.) Customer Service
Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner
Handle requests quickly, and courteously
3.) Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Job Requirements
Ability to accept and follow directions
Ability to work flexible hours and Saturdays
Service Writer experience is considered an asset but not required
