Description

Greenhills Golf Resort in beautiful Greenwater Lake Provincial Park is actively recruiting a Golf Services Manager.
The primary focus of this position will be leading and managing and operating all facets of Golf Operations.  The main priority will be to always provide excellent customer service for membership, guests and tournaments.
Specific Duties included, but are not limited to:
-Organize, schedule and manage all clubhouse staff including recruiting, hiring and training staff as needed
-Manage tee-sheet, POS and Pro Shop Inventory
   This includes acquiring a full understanding of the digital operations of the clubhouse, ensuring
   smooth flow of tee-offs while maintaining a neat and orderly operation
   Track and report daily sales through point of sale system
-Manage Club nights including securing and working alongside sponsors and attending evening events
-Manage Tournaments including securing and working alongside sponsors and ensuring the tournament
   is properly staffed
-Manage Special Events such as group rentals and hosting, ensuring proper staffing levels
-Manage inventory levels of pro shop merchandise
-Facilitate communication with Grounds Supervisor
-Actively promote all aspects of the Golf Course business including food services

Preference will be given to applicants with previous staff supervisory skills and proven customer service experience.
