We are looking for a qualified administrative professional who has the requisite experience and initiative to excel on our team.
Key responsibilities include:
-Work with our multidisciplinary clinic team and our administrative group to provide our clients and patients with the high-quality Lead experience.
-Share our commitment to improving quality of life for our clients by making their experience with us effortless; providing them with timely information, and a welcoming environment.
-Practitioner and team on-boarding! When we bring new clinicians or administrative members onto our team, you are a big part of making their experience great!
-Create, update, and deliver training and documentation for our administrative team.
-Become an expert with our web-based software systems, including Jane and third-party billing portals.
-Have a solid understanding of paramedical insurance, direct billing, workplace accident claims, and motor vehicle accident claims so that you can manage and coordinate insurance billing and payments. You will also coordinate with insurance companies as required.
-Take ownership of the settings area of Jane, including researching and implementing feature improvements, managing treatment options, and ensuring all features of our system are correct and working.
-Provide leadership and support to our clients, clinic administrative team, clinicians and our owner.
-Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
-Answer all phone and email inquiries from current and prospective clients and patients.
-Understand the ins and outs of Lead's treatments and other offerings.
This opportunity includes a combination of days and evenings, as well as the odd Saturday shift.
