We are looking for an experienced purchasing agent who is able to handle multitask effectively.
Main responsibilities:
** Plan and manage daily product purchasing activities from contracted manufacturers and suppliers according to inventory needs and purchasing trends;
** Review and improve purchasing policies and procedures, and control the purchasing budget;
** Search potential vendors focusing on cost, quality, capacity and reliability;
** Negotiate purchasing contracts with suppliers in terms of costs, terms and conditions, and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies;
** Manage and resolve any issues regarding invoices, contracts, delivery and order disputes;
** Network and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and potential suppliers and vendors;
** Hire and train purchasing staff, and evaluate their performance.
