Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, this position will provide overall administrative support to the Treatment Program and its Teams:
- Input, utilization and maintenance of the AMIS database reporting system for:
* Client information
* Pre/post assessments
* Report generation for funding agencies, Board & TFHQ Chiefs & stakeholders
- Maintenance of client files
- Assistance with the accreditation process in the creation of policy or policy review
- Provide administrative support to the Day Manager, Evening, Weekend and Night Team Leads
- maintenance of employee attendance records
- Recording client progress records in Case Management meetings
- Assistance with overall quality improvement and risk management processes
- Assistance with the scheduling staff meetings
Minimum qualifications: Diploma in Administration, Social Work, Psychology or Human Services, three (3) years direct work experience, or Bachelor's Degree in the field of Administration, Social work, Psychology, Education or Human Services and one (1) year direct work experience, must provide a valid driver's license, driver's abstract, and CPIC with Vulnerable Sector Check.
