Permanent full-time Nursing Advisor, Practice RN / NP

As Registered Nurse leader, you aspire to make a difference in your profession. You possess the leadership skills to fulfill the CRNS mandate to protect the public through implementing relational and right touch regulation principles in all aspects of the profession. Your open, engaging, decisive communication style with members, employers, external stakeholders and the public demonstrates your professionalism, accountability and responsibility to the practice of nursing. You possess strong critical thinking and communication skills to successfully lead projects and provide confidential advice, information and resources to individuals and groups regarding professional practice issues.
You have a keen interest in supporting others, are proficient in obtaining, analyzing, summarizing information related to nursing practice to guide callers to improve practice and find resolution. You see opportunities to enhance the nursing profession in Saskatchewan, and as an innovative and engaging decision-maker, you are competent at problem-solving and are adept with evolving change.
As member of our Practice team, you will have an opportunity to support members in understanding the CRNS practice standards, entry-level competencies, code of ethics, practice guidelines and resources.
Education/Experience:
Current licensure with the CRNS
A Masters degree in Nursing or related field
NP preferred
