Description

The Heritage Community Association(HCA) is looking for its next Executive Director! This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone with a passion for community engagement and strong administrative skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
Being guided by the values and vision of HCA, you will work closely with the HCA Board to:
Champion and promote the diversity of voices and realties within the Heritage community,  Steward HCAs relationship with the City of Regina as a core funder and partner,  Manage all HCA communications including social media, newsletters and website,  Represent HCA in the media and at City Council on issues relevant to the Heritage neighbourhood,  Steward HCAs relationship with community partners, including through shared programming and advocacy  Maintain a keen awareness of the main needs, assets and trends within the neighbourhood,  Develop, implement and evaluate a broad range of relevant, effective, needs-based programs, projects and services,  Hire, train, supervise program staff & volunteers  Work with bookkeeper to manage financial record-keeping,  Work with Finance & Audit Committee to develop and manage budgets and ensure overall financial sustainability of the organization
Oversee the administration of the HCA in a timely and ethical manner, fulfilling all legal requirements
