We are expanding and require a Full Time Assistant (Service/Dispatch Coordinator).
You must be a team player and detail oriented!
You will provide work order updates, track equipment logs, assist with permits and assist with inventory tracking
Assist with scheduling and data entry. Provide quotes for our members and other duties as assigned.
Must be able to multi- task and be a good organizer.
Knowledge of excel, word and Microsoft office
Service writer experience or knowledge of truck industry is an asset!
Successful candidate will be eligible for benefits after 3 months and a matching pension plan.
Wages are competitive and based on experience.
