Description

The purpose of this job is to be the Weyburn Tourism Ambassador. This summer job will require you to visit with locals and tourists at different tourist spots throughout the City of Weyburn. As an ambassador, you will be capturing trips and visits, as well as businesses to promote Weyburn, SK. Ideal candidate will be outgoing and enjoy having fun with people.
Responsibilities:
-Term of Employment will be the end of June to the end of August.
-30 hours per week.
Requirements:
-Be between 16-30 years of age
-Legally entitled to work in Canada
-A full-time student (as defined by his/her educational institution) in the semester preceding the work term and intend to return to full-time studies in the semester following the work term.
-Hold and maintain a class 5 drivers license
-Have reliable transportation (costs will be covered)
-Knowledgeable in social media, specifically Facebook and Instagram. An asset being knowledgeable in creating videos and reels.
-Must have access to cellphone or other device to take pictures and record video.
