WSA is searching for an enthusiastic individual to join our team of technical and professional staff performing this important work in our Moose Jaw office location and other locations could be considered based on candidates suitability of the position.
Reporting to the Vice President of Financial Services, this role will plan, coordinate, and manage facilities functions for all Water Security Agencys offices throughout Saskatchewan. This role will also coordinate and manage administration functions related to facilities.
The successful candidate should post-secondary education in a field related to Facility Management, a Facility Management Administrator designation is an asset and 6 years of directly related experience demonstrating progressively more responsible experience with focuses on client service and one or more of the following:
Property or facility management
Project management
Contract and lease administration
Relevant provincial and municipal laws, rules and regulations regarding property development and administration, reading building construction documents and OHS legislation and practices
Financial administration and budget development
