Affinity is seeking an outgoing, passionate and community-minded leader to provide leadership in the areas of community and Indigenous engagement.

What youll do:
- Promote and lead community activities that support values alignment and furthers Affinitys commitment to Truth & Reconciliation
- Engage in all phases of community development programming through supporting and coordinating outreach activities and events participation
- Collaborate with Indigenous organizations and leaders to spot opportunities that leverage and optimize impact
- As a brand champion, you support outreach activities that increases brand awareness through sponsorships and partnership opportunities

- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field and 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in community relations, development, and engagement with community-based organizations, including Indigenous communities
