Wash work tables, cupboards and appliances.
Unpack items and place them in freezers, cabinets, and other storage spaces.
Sweep and mop floors, as well as aid the cook and kitchen staff with other tasks.
In eating venues, tables and trays should be clear and tidy.
Set tables and bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas.
At tables and in serving areas, replenish condiments and other supplies.
Dishes should be removed before and after each course.
Other responsibilities include scraping and stacking dishes, transporting linen to and from the washing room, and doing errands.
