What Youll Do:
Create/build a weekly class schedule.
Regularly monitor industry for upcoming trends and new ideas.
Communicate with customers for feedback, manage any concerns in a timely manner and discuss the issues and follow up with solutions.
Recruitment - finding new instructors you think are great for other classes.
Responsible for updating the schedule.
Clean up after classes, and prepare for the next up-coming class. Cleaning up at the end of the day and sanitizing all surfaces, making sure everything is tidy. Locking up at the end of the day.
Performance planning, and performance management
Assist with planning and executing team in-services.
Assist with budget analysis.
Participate in weekly meeting with Manager and any special committees or meetings as assigned.
Respond to customer comment cards; provide feedback to Manager weekly.
