Duties include maintaining a complete office filing system, performing required banking activities, accounts receivables and payables documentation and review, submit required remittances and corporate filings/returns to government, assist with audit activities, prepare payroll and collects and submits related forms/data, administer pension/benefits plans, prepare records of employment and T4s, maintain up to date personnel tracking (records of leave, sick time, etc.)
