Position Responsibilities
Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
Making espresso drinks, house drinks and syrups
Keeping donut display clean, fully stocked and labeled
Maintaining a clean and organized entrance store/store front
Keeping a reconciled and balanced till
Entering in new inventory
Reporting low product
Operate/maintain/clean equipment
Complete prep and cleaning tasks
Decorate donuts to a high-quality standard
Provide exceptional customer service
Follow and help develop new flavours and recipes
Maintain a clean workspace
Work alongside others in a shared workspace

Job Requirements
Able to stand for long periods of time
Availability to work flexible hours (weekend and closing availability required)
Comfortable working alone
Ability to lift 50lbs
Barista experience preferred

Personality Characteristics of a good candidate
Self- motivated
Able to multitask
Punctual and Reliable
Friendly and creative
Passion or interest in baking/coffee
Remain calm under pressure
