Reports to the Business Development Manager
Undertakes a broad range of business development activities in accordance with the organizational strategy. Plans and manages business development activities for TPS including close collaborations with internal departments, customers, industry relationships
Identifies prospects for new business using a variety of means (contact leads, current event research, etc.) to increase sales
Makes regular contact by telephone, meeting or attending relevant exhibitions and events
Deals with incoming queries effectively and provides timelines and responses regarding TPS products and services
Acts as the first point of contact for new clients seeking information on TPS products and services.
Creates relationships through networking (including social media), referrals and proactive business development with prospects
Makes regular contact with current clients to ensure the development and maintenance of a strong relationship
Makes regular contact by telephone, meeting or attending relevant exhibitions and events.
Creates relationships through networking (including social media), referrals and proactive business development with prospects
Delivers excellent customer service
Meets with clients in a variety of formal and informal settings to build relationships and increase understanding of their needs
Builds and maintains an extensive list of contacts, using customer relations management tools, to leverage for leads and other opportunities to grow the TPS customer base.
Prepares and presents persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value of TPS products and services
