The Solutions Executive (Microsoft Cloud Services) executes leadership and exhibits proficiency in identifying and qualifying large/complex business solution opportunities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate organizational, business and professional skills and will have primary responsibility for the success of bringing forward the appropriate solution offerings from idea through to execution.

The position will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams through product, marketing, and pre-sales processes, driving ISM's efforts to become the premier Cloud solution provider.

Note: the preferred work location for this position is Regina, SK; however, the work location will be dependent on the location of the successful candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and develop detailed requirements for Cloud services and solutions, by analyzing market segments and target customers, and translate into a comprehensive, compelling, and executable Go-To-Market strategy
Working with ISM Cloud partners, including Microsoft, develop solutions and co-sell agreements to increase market share
Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements through market research and analysis, including identifying market gaps and potential opportunities
Work with ISM stakeholders to define plans and requirements for a successful Cloud product development and implementation
Work with ISM Solution and Delivery teams to scope functional requirements, as well as the minimum viable product that fulfills customer requirements
Assist in defining new customer acquisition strategies
Make recommendations on pricing strategies and policies for products
