About the Role: The receptionist / Administrative assistant will be a valuable member of the school Administration team and will provide support to internal (principal, teachers and other staff) and main point of contact for current enrolled student parents with exceptional service in an efficient and professional manner. This role will not only include Receptionist duties but will complete administrative projects as assigned from the Principal and Administrator therefore previous administrative experience is required. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for school so we are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, and understands the importance of the role.

Responsibilities Include:
1. Maintaining database on student Information system and SDCC membership
2. Facilitating all programs and courses; providing students, parents, teachers relevant administrative support
3. Handling all communication as directed by SDCC board
4. Preserving minutes of the meetings
5. Issuing and communicating administrative documents and ensuring proper documentation
6. Coordinating all activities of any ongoing or upcoming events, special programs, workshops, projects, training etc.
7. Managing the weekly, monthly and yearly calendar of upcoming programs and activities
8. Responsible for the community hall including all maintenance supervisions, tracking inventory and hospitality commitments
9. Marketing and promoting of all ongoing activities in social medias, websites and relevant other sites
10. Updating Website, Social Networks, Google Business and other relevant sites in a timely and professional manner
11. Preparing a basic statement of all income and expenses
12. Submitting monthly report to the concerned board of directors
13. Responsible for other duties that may be assigned by the authority of the organization

Qualifications:
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive.
Minimum 1 year administration experience.
