An Outside Sales Representative, or Outside Sales Associate, is responsible for conducting sales by meeting existing and potential clients face-to-face or over the phone. They source new clients, provide customer service, and meet sales quotas.
Developing new business leads
Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects
Ensuring all communication with new or existing customers is logged into a CRM system
Preparing and analyzing data to build a sales pipeline
Offering professional, effective and efficient solutions for customer inquiries and concerns
Handling customer concerns effectively
Providing guidance on price competitiveness
Participating in trade shows, training or associated product meetings when necessary
This position will work closely with all the team to ensure that they have accurate information for approaching outside businesses and individuals. They will have a wide range of knowledge of the needs of businesses for bookkeeping, Accounting, Insurance, Investments, Business Training and more.
