Parkland Regional Library requires a full time business office manager. Must have a thorough knowledge of bookkeeping practice, accounting, office routine, and of the operation and organization of the Parkland Regional Library. Reports to the Regional Library Director. Experience working in a computerized environment (Microsoft)(Quickbooks). Must be able to calculate, prepare, process and maintain payroll,pension, health benefits and union processes, HR records,process T4's and Records of Employment.Ability to maintain and reconcile banking records,journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, GST and PST reporting,maintain asset records and report preparation.Ability to take meeting minutes is an asset.
