Thyssen Mining is a full-service underground mining contractor with projects all over Canada and the United States. We are looking for an energetic and detail oriented individual to join our Raisebore Department as an Administrative Clerk at our Regina, SK office.
Reporting to the Raisebore Manager, the successful candidate will assist with completing timesheets, invoicing, expense reports, scheduling travel, purchase requisitions, and updating department inventory.
The ideal candidate will possess:
-2 years of relevant administrative experience.
-Knowledge of software systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Nitro, Adobe.
-Strong customer service skills.
-Ability to adapt and learn or accept as required.
-A strong team player with both technical and non-technical people.
-Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
-Methodical and detail oriented approach to work practices.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively in a team environment.
