This position provides administrative and customer (student and faculty) support for the Therapeutic Recreation (TR) and Practical Nursing (PN) programs (0.5 FTE dedicated to each program). As the front office leader, the position provides student guidance, triages program inquiries, coordinates a variety of schedules, assists faculty/students with technical and process related questions, coordinates and supports a variety of meetings, and ensures efficient and effective program delivery. The incumbent works within fast paced and evolving work settings and requires superior organizational and time management skills and the ability to calmly manage stressful situations. This position will need a candidate that is willing to be flexible to working in the different program areas and adapting to the changing pace of the programs in consultation with the academic chairs.
