Our Human Resources department is looking for a Human Resources Associate to join our collaborative team of innovative professionals who share a common interest in finding creative ways to improve our work, and commitment to providing efficient, customer-focused, quality services to the organization.
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Associate will be the first contact for all inquiries and requests for the Human Resources Department. The Associate, Human Resources will be responsible for coordinating and administrating a broad number of HR services such as; maintaining confidential human resource files and metrics, coordinating the corporate orientation program, occupational health and safety (OH&S), administrative functions of maintaining employee transactions throughout the employee lifecycle with 3sHealth and more.
What Were Looking For:
2 year diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience in business administration and/or human resources.
2-3 years experience working in an office administrative and/or human resources field
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite including; Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
Technically proficient in the use of human resources information systems; must be able to quickly learn and navigate through computer based programs
Competent written skills; ability to communicate with peers and HR customers sufficiently to meet work objectives and goals
