Two (2) full-time temporary positions - One year term
The world revolves around information, and ISC is at the forefront of information management.
Reporting to the Regina CSC Manager, under the direction of the Operations Manager, Land Registry & CSC's, this position is responsible for the following:
-Provides excellent customer service through a variety of contact channels on ISCs products and services. The position primarily provides front line, in-person customer service and support for ISCs product lines including the Land Registry and Personal Property Registry (PPR).
-Provides final authority in processing registrations while examining/researching packets, complex or otherwise, and then either rejects or registers all packets submitted for registration.
-Gives explicit instruction to clients from corporations, the general public, government officials and professional groups such as Solicitors, Real Estate Representatives, etc. with regards to packet (Land Title documents) registrations/rejections, procedural inquiries, and registration questions.
-Performs accounting duties using the Client Account Management System on a daily basis, including financial and clerical transactions.
Requirements:
-A two (2) year post-high school Diploma (or) equivalent training and/or experience, as well as experience in a front line customer service environment.
-Knowledge of legal terminology relating to the ownership of land required to examine titles for accuracy.
-Knowledge of administrative office procedures and processes.
-Knowledge of MS Office products or related word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail software applications.
-Knowledge of basic accounting theories and principles.
-To meet operational requirements, the successful applicant should be aware that this position is required to work until 5:00 p.m. and will have scheduled breaks and lunches.
