Description

You will be responsible for the processing and timely payments for the external channel/dealer commissioning payments and the associated internal/external reporting. As well as responsible for dealer commissioning processes including distribution and completion of timely dealer payments.

Typical Duties
-Responsible for the commissioning process to ensure timely and accurate dealer payments.
-Responsible for generating, facilitating and implementing processes to assure accurate and timely dealer payments.
-Responsible for receiving and resolving dealer inquiries/discrepancies, determining resolution and communicating results to dealers in a professional manner.
-Responsible for all financial entries and reconciliations associated with the commissioning process.
-Provide accurate and timely financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
-Assist with providing day to day support for staff including training and staff development.
-Responsible for creation and compilation of internal and external financial reporting.
-Responsible for various general ledger reconciliations.
-Responsible for audit preparation including overall data integrity and clear financial reporting processes.

Qualifications
-Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Commerce with a major in Accounting or Finance or a two-year diploma in accounting/business administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a financial environment.
-Working knowledge of financial / statistical analysis techniques and terminology.
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
-Ability to work effectively under pressure with the flexibility to work in a continually changing environment.
-Ability to meet rigid timelines
