Our production facility operates only one shift from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and shop employees enjoy having every second Friday as an earned day off. PTI has a competitive total compensation package including company-paid benefits and a pension plan.
In order to be considered for this position, you MUST already be living in Canada and be eligible to work, as we do not have an open LMIA. A criminal record check will be conducted before hire.
Minimum requirements are a grade 12 diploma and the Sask Polytech pre-employment welding certificate (or equivalent) plus prior production welding experience. A transferable CWB welding ticket would be an asset. Must be able to read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals and processes. Position is required to examine welds and determine if meets standards and/or specifications.
