Jones Business Accounting is looking for a full or part-time employee to begin work as soon as can be arranged.
Primary duties will include:
1. Reception and Office Administration: Duties will include greeting clients, taking payments on account, answering the phone, making appointments, preparing the mail, filing, preparing correspondence and financial documents, scanning, e-mailing and managing the monthly schedule. Experience and proficiency with Word and Excel are required. Computer troubleshooting would be an additional asset.
2. Data Entry - Duties will include entering business related sales and expense information. Experience and proficiency with Sage 50 Accounting Software is required.
The successful applicant must be able to take direction, work independently, perform under pressure, manage their time and have excellent interpersonal skills.
