Part-time (2 days/week every second Saturday)
Assisting customers with purchases, inquiries and repairs.
Work as a team player to provide the highest level of customer service.
Receive payments for goods, issue receipts and advise customers of store policies for purchases.
Dealing with suppliers and salespeople regarding orders.
Prepare merchandise (receive, quality control, price tags, displays)
Ensure the cleanliness of the store.
Stay informed of new products and their technicalities.
Follow all company policies and procedures in areas of security and loss prevention.
Gift wrapping.
Be knowledgeable on all products offered, understanding important brand information and be able to relay it to our customers.
Team up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service which contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
Resolve customer issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
Process sales transactions efficiently
Ensure merchandise is restocked when items are sold.
Work in a clean and organized manner.
Understand and follow any policy and procedures.
Office administrative tasks as needed such as filing, printing forms, and organization.
Follow the dress code set out by the company
Retail experience is an asset, but we are willing to train
Team player always willing to help other team members
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook, and operating Point of Sale and inventory system.
