Description

Position Summary:    

All Nations Healing Hospital (ANHH) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team of Pasikow Muskwa Rising Bear Healing Centre. Under the direction of the Registered Nurse Supervisor, and within a multidisciplinary team, the RN will be responsible for providing high quality, safe, and culturally responsive kidney care services within the Satellite Hemodialysis Unit. The RN will be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of holistic chronic disease care and dialysis treatment. As well as provide team leadership and coordination of care. This position will work closely with all departments of the ANHH and File Hills QuAppelle Tribal Council Health Services to promote healing and wellness to a complex and at risk patient population.

Qualifications:
    Graduate of approved Bachelor of Nursing program
    Current registration with Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
    CPR Level C
    Hemodialysis Certification would be an asset
    Previous acute or primary care experience in providing chronic disease management an asset
    Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an interprofessional setting, including strong team work and communication skills
    Previous experience working with First Nations clients an asset
    Basic computer skills, knowledgeable of electronic health system applications

Hours of Work:
10 hr shift, flex scheduling
Current shifts include Monday, Wednesday, Friday 0700-1737
