We are searching for a caring, knowledgeable, energetic, and dedicated operations manager, with close kinship ties to Indigenous cultures and people, who is prepared to work in close cooperation with our Board of Directors, Elders, Medicine people and Health Professionals, all in the best interests of our people and families. Additionally, you will display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team.
Duties
Maintain constant communication with the board, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable department.
Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive, high risk and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of development plans, direct reports, and problem resolution.
Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors.
Work closely with governmental agencies and vendors to make sure activities remain compliant.
Oversee materials and inventory management.
Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to the Board of Directors.
