Description

For over three decades, Warman Homes has been building both Ready to Move (RTM) Homes and On Site Built Homes. In that time, Warman has grown from a small town to a city of over 11,000 people, and we've grown right along with it! Warman Homes is a trusted builder who was and remains instrumental to the growth of our city.
We are excited to be accepting applications for the position of Draftsperson. The successful applicant will work as part of our Drafting team creating and designing beautiful homes and renovation projects.  
Responsibilities will include:
-    Custom home design  from preliminary design work to full construction drawings
-    3D Modelling for website, advertising, and custom renovation work
-    Custom cabinet layouts
-    Structural floor design and layouts
-    Working with an engineer to provide notes and create details when required
-    Energy code compliance on all projects

Qualifications:
-    Diploma from a recognized Architectural program
-    3-5 years min. related experience in residential design or construction industry
-    Experience with 3D CAD software to create both interior and exterior models
-    Experience with structural design and engineering programs an asset but not required
-    Attention to detail with ability to problem solve
-    Excellent communication and organizational skills
-    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
