Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a professional, organized, and self motivated Warehouse Lead.

Responsibilities Include:

Leadership

Ensure cross training of all team members
Support training and development within the department
Inspire teamwork; share vision; reward and recognize team as appropriate; and facilitate change that aligns with company direction and goals
Lead the development of a sense of urgency and a strong problem-solving culture among all production employees by leading through example
Conduct annual performance evaluations and compensation reviews with direct reports within designated timelines
Take the initiative to learn, share and promote the companys vision

Support Warehouse Operations
Ensure the timely receiving, stocking and delivery of material to internal customers
Ensure the timely and accurate shipment of material to external customers
Monitor inventory accuracy
Develop and manage performance countermeasures
Report and resolve receiving, invoicing and inventory discrepancies
Coordinate the return of damaged and / or defective materials
Revise and develop SOPs for all department functions

The successful candidate will have:

Previous Warehouse experience  3 to 5 years
Previous supervisory experience an asset
Forklift experience / certification an asset
Computer skills and SAP B1 an asset
Excellent analytical and presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience with SAP Business One
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to take initiative
