We are seeking a highly-motivated, well-organized individual to provide comprehensive administrative support.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and possess strong computer skills with the ability to create accurate, visually-pleasing documents using software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. As a member of a team of professionals, you will be in regular contact with community-based partners providing services relating to issues community safety and well-being. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the units contracts and support of communities including supporting outcome measurement frameworks, financial records, and an electronic filing system.
Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position would be acquired through training in office administration, combined with administrative support experience.
This position involves some travel throughout the province. A valid driver's licence is required.
