The Opportunity
WCU has an exciting and challenging career opportunity within our Member Experience department for a highly motivated WCU has an exciting and challenging career opportunity within our Member Experience department for a highly motivated financial service professional. Under the direction of the Manager of Member Relationships, the Member Relationship Specialist will work within a team of 7 individuals who provide a variety of financial services to our members. They will be responsible for consumer lending requests, opening new accounts, completing signing authority documentation for all deposit accounts, completing basic investment products and processing card related requests.
Qualifications
Minimum Grade 12 with preference given to individuals with post-secondary education or previous work-related experience in the credit union and financial industry.
Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a financial institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preference given to those with lending experience and an understanding of CMHC lending.
