Bridgeview currently has a vacancy for the position of CNC punch operator/programmer. Alongside our main punch programmer, the position is responsible for all aspect of operating and maintaining a Trumpf TC500R punch press. Duties include: Setting the machine up, preparing tool sets, loading sheet metal onto the machine, counting and sorting cut parts, maintaining sheet metal inventory, maintaining a clean machine and work space, and performing regular maintenance and repair on the punch. The position will also include learning to program the punch for backup purposes. You must be mechanically inclined, organized, and must have reasonable computer skills to excel in the position.
