Possession of a valid Provincial or Inter-provincial Journeyman Certificate as a Carpenter.
Experience in apprenticeship supervision and providing direction to workers, providing feedback and/or performance evaulations.
Experience in assessing compliance codes, regulations, and acts applicable to construction.
Experience and proficiency in reading/interpreting blueprints, drawings, and construction specifications.
Experience creating and maintaining construction project schedule.
Experience in estimating materials, equipment needs and job costing.
Experience in construction of modular or ready to move structures.
Experience in concrete foundation, frame work, drywall systems, window and door installation, flooring materials and roofing materials.
Possession of a valid class 5 driver's license.
